Our woodfired ovens are custom-made by our head honcho Rod Thomson, legend across Christchurch the wood-fired ovens are the secret behind the flavour and consistency of Base Pizza. Make sure you check them out when in store.

Immediately after the September earthquake we found ourselves cooking in our woodfired oven for all our neighbours due to the power outage and that was when the business idea was born.
